Since 2002, Rafael Rodriguez and Jesse Gonzalez Jr. have worked together, combining their construction and business experience. Since then, they have expanded their team to include close friends and family who share mutual passion for the industry, allowing them to specialize as commercial waterproofers. Together, they serve their communities through managing the company to reflect their core familial values.

The close spirit of the company flows throughout the environment and within our customer relationships, as the two enforce the pride to complete each job as though we were protecting our own families from a storm. This special interest in each project has allowed STC Alliance to grow and expand to serve San Antonio and Corpus Christi in addition to the Rio Grande Valley. Together, we continue to build on our success.
